Our research focuses on investigations of the kinetics of proteins and vesicles nearby the plasma membrane. We developed a fluorescence excitation technique using evanescent wave microscopy (EWM) to record and analyze the secretory vesicle trafficking and membrane protein dynamics in living plant cell.
